Patrick Higgins

The traditions man

For Patrick Higgins, the perfect neighborhood bar/restaurant is a second home. As a man with a true commitment to hospitality and building relationships with his customers, pat makes sure all of his guests feel as comfortable as if they were in their own homes. To him, hospitality isn’t anything more than providing good food, being honest with your customers and treating them as old friends.

Elena Ramírez

Bar manager / mixologist / bartender

With her boundless energy and creative flair elena takes pride in the attention to detail when crafting cocktails or recommending beers to patrons. She loves nothing better than to help patrons find a new favorite drink. For elena it is her contagious energy which draws repeat business from patrons.

Favorite drink: old fashioned signature cocktail. Favorite food: potato skins loaded.

Marcus Reed

Head chef

Marcus strives to provide his customers with the type of comforting foods that will be asked for again and again. Marcus combines traditional tavern fare with high-quality ingredients and consistency in his execution so that each time you Order your meal you know exactly what you’re going to get.

Favorite drink: ice-cold lager. Favorite food: hamburgers - signature burger - pickle extras.

Sophia Azul

Customer experience coordinator

Sophie is passionate about connecting people. Whether she’s organizing events, managing large group reservations or simply greeting regulars by name, sophie understands how important it is to have seamless experiences. Because of her focus on the details, sophie creates an environment that invites relaxation; the same kind that is associated with higgins’ tavern.

Anthony “Tony” Russo

Game day host

Tony is the ultimate fan of sports. Tony knows that while watching live games is fun enough on its own, it’s even more exciting when shared with other fans. So whether it’s football season, playoff basketball or an epic rivalry during baseball season tony is always ready to celebrate with his fellow fans.

Favorite drink: locally brewed IPA beer. Favorite food: wings and nachos.
